TACROLIMUS CAPSULES: REJECTION OF TRANSPLANTATION

To prevent organ rejections in certain patients following liver, kidney, or heart transplant. This capsule may be used along with other medicines. It may also be used to other medicines. It may also be used for other conditions as determined by your doctor.

Tacrolimus Capsules is also a drug that prevents certain cells from causing rejection. It basically used to prevent or treat rejection after kidney transplant. It prevents rejection by inhibiting the cells in the immune system that cause rejections.

It basically used for the rejections in the patients followed by kidney, liver or heart transplant. It blocks the action of certain blood cells like T-lymphocytes that can cause the body to reject the transplanted organ.

LIMITATIONS OF USE OF TACROLIMUS CAPSULES:-

1.       If you are allergic to any ingredient in tacrolimus ointment.

2.       If you are receiving any form of light therapy on your skin.

3.       If you have any skin infection (eg. Chicken pox, herpes, shingles) at the application site, certain skin problems (like skin cancer), or a weakened immune system.

4.       If you have some allergies to medicines, foods, or other substances.

5.       Specially for women who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or are breast feeding.
